Registration Fees
- Early Bird Discount: 100,000 JPY for general participants and 60,000 JPY for students
- Accompanying persons: 15,000 JPY per person
- Excursion: 6,000 JPY per person
- Regular Registration (after early bird deadline): 120,000 JPY for general participants and 80,000 JPY for students
Conference Cancellation Policy
The NT'25 secretariat must be informed of all cancellations and changes via an e-mail.
- No refund will be made for cancellations and changes made on and after May 21, 2025.
- Cancellations occurring on or before May 21, 2025 will receive a refund less a 6,000JPY administrative fee.
